In light of this, the Additional District and Sessions Court of Karachi East granted Natasha Danish bail, setting the amount of the surety bond at Rs 100,000. Both sides, the family of the victims and Natasha’s legal team, were able to come to an agreement.
The lawyer representing the victims submitted no-objection certificates in court, indicating that the family had no further legal claims against Natasha.During the case, Natasha’s defense highlighted her long-standing mental health issues, explaining that she has been receiving treatment since 2005.
This point was brought forward to show her mental state at the time of the accident, which may have played a role in the tragic incident. The court’s decision and the family’s act of forgiveness have brought the legal matter to a close, but the accident remains a sad and difficult chapter for all those involved.
Natasha’s mental health struggles and the family’s choice to forgive her are important factors in how this case has been resolved.
