Nearpeer, in partnership with ITeachStuff, is offering a free online course which has amazing video lectures by Ms. Saamia Malik, a professional Henna artist for over a decade. The course has 22 short videos covering various topics like how to handle the cone, how to make different grids (Chess, Narrow, Net), lines, and patterns, leaves and petals of various styles and what not. Plus, just looking at the henna being applied is itself a satisfying form of visual ASMR! The course can be completed in less than 2 hours.

How to apply:

   1. Watch, Learn, and Practice the concepts in the lectures
   1. Apply Mehendi on your/someone else’s hand
   1. Take clear pictures of your applied Mehendi
   1. Then to send us your work, choose any of the following two options:
      1. Post the pictures on your Instagram story as well as post and tag @nearpeer.official
      1. Or, send us the pictures via WhatsApp on +92 306 264 0407 along with your name, city, social media account (Facebook or Insta), and email ID. 
   1. That’s it! We’ll review your designs and get back with the announcement of winners.

Submission deadline: Wednesday, 4^th May, 5pm.

Winners will be announced on the evening of 4^th May 2022 (Eid Day 2)

Please be informed that all the artists are encouraged to apply creativity however everyone shall be evaluated in accordance with guidelines and principles explained in the online course. Miss Saamia will herself evaluate each and every design and pick winners.
