MAKKAH: The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued new guidelines for pilgrims performing Umrah in the summer.
In a statement, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah asked pilgrims to obtain an Umrah permit before arriving at the Masjid al-Haram to avoid violating Saudi laws.
The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah says that it is necessary to issue a permit before reaching the Masjid al-Haram for Umrah, not doing so will be a violation of Umrah rules.
Pilgrims can issue Umrah permits on the Nask and Tokalna apps, while the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued three guidelines for umrah in the summer, the ministry said.
In the instructions issued by the Saudi Ministry, it is necessary to consult the physician while performing Umrah in the summer, it is necessary to choose the appropriate time for Umrah in the summer.
The Saudi ministry said that to perform Umrah, such times should be chosen when the temperature is moderate, rest should be taken after reaching the Masjid al-Haram and before starting Umrah.
