New Zealand Win Series with 84-Run Victory Over Pakistan in 2nd ODI

New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 84 runs in the second ODI at Hamilton, securing the series victory. Chasing a target of 293, Pakistan struggled and were all out for 208 in 41.2 overs.

Pakistan had a poor start, losing five wickets for just 32 runs. However, Naseem Shah (51) and Faheem Ashraf (73) put up a strong fight, adding crucial runs. Despite their efforts, Pakistan couldn’t recover, as New Zealand’s Ben Sears took five wickets for 59 runs, leading his team to a comfortable win.

Earlier, New Zealand posted a total of 292/8. Daryl Mitchell was the top scorer, missing his century by just one run with 99. Pakistan’s bowlers found it tough to control the game, with Sufiyan Muqeem taking 2/33. However, Pakistan conceded 32 extra runs, which added to their difficulties.

With this victory, New Zealand sealed the series, showing dominance over Pakistan in both batting and bowling.
