NLG been awarded Rs. 10 billion contract to build Islamabad’s 10th Avenue.

The National Logistics Cell is scheduled to be awarded a contract for a large road project—the development of 10th Avenue—by the municipal administrators (NLC).

Four days after the CDA board approved awarding the contract to a government-owned company, the authorities held a competition between Frontier Works Organisation (FWO) and the National Logistics Corporation (NLC) on Monday, finding the latter’s bid of Rs10.2 billion to be the lowest, compared to FWO’s bid of Rs10.9.

According to a CDA official, the authority invited two other government-owned organizations, Railcop and National Construction Company, but they did not attend.
