  • The scholarship application deadline is March 1 for the fall term and November 15 for the winter term.

Concordia University

Excellence and Distinction Scholarships Concordia University in Montreal offers Excellence and Distinction Scholarships to international students with excellent academic records. These scholarships cover tuition fees and provide a stipend for living expenses. Language proficiency tests are not required for these scholarships.   • Applicants must complete a separate President’s Scholarship for World Leaders application form and submit it with the required essay and reference letters by the deadline.
  • The scholarship application deadline is June 1.

The University of Saskatchewan

International Student Awards The University of Saskatchewan offers International Student Awards to international students entering any undergraduate, graduate, or research-based program at the university. These awards are available to students with outstanding academic records and don’t require language proficiency tests.
