Bookings for the Alto AGS, as well as the Cultus VXL and Cultus AGS variants, have apparently been halted by Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited (PSMCL).
According to industry sources, the decision was made due to a global shortage of semi-conductors, which forced the company to halt manufacture of the three models.
Meanwhile, sources claim that the business has cut delivery periods for the Alto VX and VXR to four months, the Wagon R to four months for all models, the Cultus VXR to four months, and the Ravi & Bolan to two months.
Customers who paid in full at the time of renting their vehicles have faced significant issues as a result of this. According to the sources, the corporation was also considering a significant price increase in its versions as a result of the PKR depreciation.
