A new declaration has been passed by North Korea claiming itself a nuclear weapon state.
As per sources, Kim Jong-un North Korea’s Leader has called the decision “irreversible” and ruled out the possibility of any talks on denuclearisation.
Whereas, according to new law sharing nuclear technology with other neighboring country are also prohibited.
The law also highlight the country’s right to utilize a pre-emptive nuclear power to protect itself.
Six nuclear tests between 2006 and 2017 were also conducted by Pyongyang despite of crippling sanctions.
However Kim said, “The adoption of laws and regulations related to the national nuclear force policy is a remarkable event as it’s our declaration that we legally acquired war deterrence as a means of national defense.”
