Now You Can Earn Money with Less Subscribers as YouTube Eases Monetization Requirements

Video sharing site YouTube has made changes to its terms and conditions, making it easier for users to generate income. According to the company, individuals interested in becoming part of the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) will need to fulfill certain requirements.

These requirements include having 500 subscribers, posting three public videos in the last 90 days, and accumulating either 3,000 hours of views on a long video within one year or 30,000 short video views.

Users who meet these requirements can apply to become part of the YouTube Partner Program, which grants access to various revenue-generating features such as Super Thanks, Super Chat, Super Stickers, and Channel Memberships.

Additionally, users can promote their merchandise in YouTube Shopping.Initially, YouTube has relaxed the YPP requirements for users in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Taiwan, and South Korea. However, the company states that users from other countries will also be included in this program in the near future.
