In Airblue airlines, a passenger discovered outdated food on board.
On Wednesday, in flight PA205 from Islamabad to Karachi, a passenger discovered that the banana cake had been out of date for about a month.
“I was astonished to see the expiry date on the cake,” the traveller claimed to the source. I alerted the crew [attendant] about the problem, and she had a similar reaction.”
The information on food shows that it expired on 1st July 2021.
“Later, she reappeared with another pack of cake with a 31 July expiration date, claiming that my cake was not out of date and that it could have been a printing error. The back of the card had the date ’01-07-2021,’ which was one month out of date.
“I decided to make a complaint in the terminal, and when I landed, I lodged a written complaint at the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) station at Karachi airport,” he stated.
