During the Eid holidays, a record number of tourists from all over Pakistan traveled to the beautiful Swat and Kaghan valleys to enjoy the pleasant weather and stunning natural scenery.
According to Malakand Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Nasir Mehmood Sati, more than 700,000 tourists visited Swat and the Malakand division during Eid. He mentioned that strict security measures were in place to ensure a safe and peaceful experience for everyone.
Travelers from cities such as Peshawar, Mardan, Charsadda, Nowshera, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Lahore visited some of the most popular tourist spots in Swat. These included Malam Jabba, Madyan, Bahrain, Kalam, Gabin Jabba, and Marghuzar, where they enjoyed the breathtaking landscapes and refreshing climate.
The large number of visitors highlights the growing popularity of these scenic destinations, as people continue to explore and appreciate the natural beauty of northern Pakistan.
