Pakistan Air Space to Remain Closed For all Flights Until May 11

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has announced that the country’s airspace will remain closed to all flights until 12:00 PM on May 11. The decision comes after Pakistan launched a military operation called Operation Bunyan ul Marsoos in response to recent Indian airstrikes on three Pakistani airbases.

As part of this operation, Pakistan reportedly targeted important Indian military locations. These included the BrahMos missile storage facility in Beas, the Udhampur airbase, and the S-400 missile defense system located in Adampura. The strikes were carried out using Pakistan’s Al-Fatah missiles, which have been symbolically named after children who lost their lives in past attacks.

In addition to the military actions, several major Indian websites were reportedly hacked. These included the official websites of India’s ruling party, the BJP, and the Border Security Force (BSF). The cyber attacks were aimed at disrupting operations linked to previous assaults on Pakistani civilians and religious sites.

Pakistan’s move to close its airspace is being seen as a precautionary measure due to the rising tensions in the region. The situation remains tense, and authorities are closely monitoring developments.
