Dr. Tariq Banuri, Chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC), met with Almazbek Beishenaliev, Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyztan to finalize proceedings for setting up a joint science foundation.
Objective of the new project is to improve bilateral relations between the two nations and to facilitate academic mobility of earmarked institutions in the long run.
During the meeting, both sides agreed to exchange their experiences in the field of education for supporting students who intend to pursue higher education in national or international institutes.
In addition, problems regarding the curriculum differences were discussed in detail and resolved according to the recommendations and preferences of both countries.
