Pakistan is sending urgent help to support the people of Palestine during the growing hunger crisis in Gaza. Two special cargo planes, each loaded with 100 tons of humanitarian aid, are being sent as part of this relief effort. These planes will first land in Jordan and Egypt, from where the aid will be quickly delivered to Gaza.
This relief operation is being carried out under the direction of the Prime Minister of Pakistan and has been arranged by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA). The situation in Gaza has become extremely serious, with many families, especially children, facing the threat of starvation due to ongoing aid blockades.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar will personally be present in Islamabad to see off the two cargo flights. Once the aid reaches its destination countries, Pakistan’s ambassadors in the region will handle the delivery and distribution to make sure the supplies reach the people who need them the most.
The aid includes essential food items and supplies that are critical for the survival of vulnerable groups, particularly children. This move shows Pakistan’s commitment to standing with the Palestinian people in their time of need and responding to the growing humanitarian crisis in the region.
