Pakistan Army SSG Team Rescues 5 Children from Dangling Cable Car

Pakistani Army commandos have successfully saved five out of eight people who were stuck in a cable car for more than 10 hours due to two cables breaking in the Allai Tehsil area of Battagram district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that efforts are ongoing to rescue the remaining three individuals, with the Special Services Group’s (SSG) general officer commanding leading the operation.

Initially, two children were rescued by an army helicopter before sunset, but due to nightfall and bad weather, helicopter rescue operations were halted. The army then initiated a ground operation using a smaller cable car and expert assistance to deliver food and water to the stranded individuals.
