Pakistan and Bangladesh have taken an important step to strengthen their relationship by agreeing to allow visa-free entry for people who hold diplomatic and official passports. This means that government officials and diplomats from both countries will now be able to travel more easily without the need to apply for a visa.
The decision was made during a meeting between Pakistan’s Interior Minister, Mohsin Naqvi, and Bangladesh’s Home Minister, Lieutenant General (Retired) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury. During the meeting, both leaders talked about issues of shared interest and discussed ways to work more closely together in the future.
This agreement is expected to make communication and cooperation between the two countries smoother, especially at the official and diplomatic levels. By making travel easier for government representatives, both Pakistan and Bangladesh aim to improve understanding and coordination on different matters.
The ministers also shared their desire to build a stronger relationship and promised to explore new areas where the two nations can collaborate, such as trade, security, culture, and education. They agreed that working together will benefit both countries and help bring stability and progress to the region.
