Former Pakistan cricket captain, Babar Azam, shared his belief that the team always aims to perform well wherever they play.
In a discussion with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee chairman Zaka Ashraf, the 29-year-old talked about the upcoming Australia tour and highlighted it as a great chance for new players, especially for the newly appointed Test captain, Shan Masood.
Babar pointed out the team’s unity and their ability to tackle challenges in their own way. He emphasized the importance of learning from experienced players like Mohammad Hafeez, Umar Gul, and Saeed Ajmal, as their experiences contribute to the team’s improvement.
It’s important to note that Babar Azam recently stepped down from captaincy in all formats on November 15, leading to Shan Masood becoming the Test captain and Shaheen Shah Afridi being named T20I captain by the board.
