Pakistan is now the world’s ‘fourth most costly’ country

Pakistan has been ranked the fourth most expensive country in the world due to rising inflation. Pakistan was placed fourth in the world in terms of inflation by The Economist, out of 43 countries. In September, Pakistan’s inflation rate was reported to be at 9%.

In comparison, India’s inflation rate was 4.3 percent, putting the country in 16th place on the list of most expensive countries. According to the report, Argentina has the highest inflation rate in the world, with a rate of 51.4 percent.
