Pak Navy has recently conducted a joint drill with the other naval forces like of Sri Lanka and Russia on Saturday at the peak of multinational exercise of maritime Aman-2021.
As per the spokesperson of Pak Navy, these exercises were held successfully in the north Arabian Sea and these were attended also by the aerial assets of Pak Navy and the Pakistan Air Force- PAF. These joint drills represent the commitment of Pakistan Navy to promote and also balance a very safe maritime environment across the region.
This exercise of navy, Aman-21, culminated with a graceful and effective conduct of the International Fleet Review- IFR followed by the spectacular that forms up the Aman formation by comprising Pakistan and other foreign naval forces.
Moreover, 45 countries participated including the Russia, US, Turkey and, China, Aman- 2021 drill and this was a biannual affair like since 2007 and hosted by our country Pakistan from February 11th to 16th. Importantly this was the very first time Russia had joined any military drill with the NATO members within this decade.
