Pakistan Ranked 24th in the World on Unemployment Index

According to recent unemployment statistics published by the World of Statistics, Pakistan is ranked 24th globally with an unemployment rate of 6.5%. The highest unemployment rates are found in Nigeria with 33.3%, followed by South Africa with 32.9% and Bosnia and Herzegovina with 29.28%. In comparison, Great Britain and the United States have 3.8% and 3.7% of people looking for work, respectively.

In Iraq, the unemployment rate is 15.55%, while Afghanistan reports 13.3% unemployment. Bangladesh ranks 34th with a 4.7% unemployment rate, and both China and Canada have a 5.2% unemployment rate. Qatar has the lowest unemployment rate at 0.1%.
