In the ongoing 30th Sultan Azlan Shah Cup in Ipoh, Malaysia, Pakistan competed against Japan in a gripping match that concluded with a 1-1 tie.
During the game, Pakistan was trailing by one goal, scored by Japan’s Kei Nagai in the 33rd minute. However, towards the end of the match, Pakistan managed to even the score with a penalty corner goal by Rana Waheed Ashraf.
Following the draw, both Pakistan and Japan currently hold 7 points each, securing the top two positions on the points table. Pakistan maintains a better goal average than Japan.
