According to sources, a Pakistani medical team comprised of 10 people departed for Turkiye on Sunday to participate in a relief effort.
A 10-member doctor team will depart for Syria this evening, while a separate 10-member medical team from PIMS has already gone for Turkiye along with the necessary medications.
According to Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel, Turkiye has always aided Pakistan, and Islamabad will continue to support Turkiye in whatever way it can during this trying time.
