According to worldwide media statistics, Pakistan has surpassed China in denim garment exports to the United States (US).
An India-based textile trade newspaper, Pakistan’s annual cotton-made garment exports to the United States reached $276 million ($275.89 million) from January to September 2021, beating China’s $274.63 million, as per Apparel Resources
This represents a 63.40 percent increase over the same period previous year, when Pakistani shipments to the US were $168.85 million, compared to $238.75 million for China.
However, despite the limits imposed by the COVID-19 outbreak, this was made possible by the Biden administration’s business-friendly policies.
