Pakistani Airline AirBlue Set to Launch Flight From Islamabad to Manchester

Airblue has officially submitted a request to the United Kingdom’s Civil Aviation Authority to begin direct flights between Islamabad and Manchester starting in August. This is a major move for the airline as it looks to expand its international operations. The airline is now waiting for final approval from UK authorities, alongside Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), which had already applied earlier.

PIA has already announced its upcoming flight schedule to the UK, showing a renewed interest from Pakistani airlines in returning to British skies. These new developments follow the recent decision by the UK government to lift a five-year ban that had stopped Pakistani airlines from flying to and from the country. The ban was originally imposed due to concerns about aviation safety standards.

With the ban now lifted, there is a strong sense of hope and excitement among airline officials, passengers, and Pakistani communities living in the UK. Many have been waiting for years to see Pakistani airlines operate flights to the UK once again, making travel between the two countries easier and more affordable.

This positive change is expected to improve travel options for thousands of people, strengthen ties between Pakistan and the UK, and boost confidence in Pakistan’s aviation sector.
