Pakistani Player Hamza Ilyas Defeats Indian Opponent in World U21 Snooker Championship

On Wednesday, Hamza Ilyas, representing Pakistan, won two consecutive matches at the World Under-21 Snooker Championship in Saudi Arabia. In his second group match, Hamza beat a 12-year-old player named Aravuu Sancheti from India with a score of 3-1.

Although Hamza lost the first set on a tie ball, the 17-year-old made an impressive comeback and won the next three sets. In the final frame, Hamza achieved a break of 50 points.In his first game, Hamza won against Umar al-Fahdal from Iraq.

These two wins have allowed him to advance to the next round of the Championship. Tomorrow, Hamza will play his final match against Fabian Heikken from Germany.

In the meantime, another player from Pakistan named Ahsan Ramzan is scheduled to play all three of his group matches tomorrow. It’s worth mentioning that Ramzan recently became the champion of the Asian Under-21 Snooker Championship in Iran. In the final held in June, he defeated a player named Malad Pourali from Iran with a score of 5-2.
