For the fourth year in a row, Pakistan has secured the highest number of Erasmus Mundus scholarships in the world, setting a new record in 2025.
This year, 114 Pakistani students were selected for the EU-funded Erasmus+ Joint Masters programme. Among them, 66 are women—making up 58% of the total—showing great progress in both education and gender equality.
These students will study at top universities across Europe with full support, including tuition fees, travel costs, and living expenses. The European Union’s delegation called it a proud moment for Pakistan and a sign of the country’s growing academic potential.
