King Salman, who is the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Supreme Commander of the Saudi Armed Forces, has given his approval for Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, who is the Chief of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), to receive the King Abdulaziz Medal of the Excellent Class.
This award recognizes Air Chief Marshal Sidhu’s exceptional contributions in strengthening the friendship between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, as well as in promoting joint cooperation and development between the two nations.
The medal was presented to Air Chief Marshal Sidhu by Saudi Chief of the General Staff Gen. Fayyad Al-Ruwaili during a special event held in Riyadh. During the event, they also discussed ways to further enhance cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in defense and military areas.
