Pakistan’s left-arm spinner, Noman Ali, has been nominated for the ICC Men’s Player of the Month award for October 2024, recognizing his outstanding performances in the ICC World Test Championship.
Noman played a crucial role in Pakistan’s comeback win against England, delivering a series of remarkable bowling performances on home ground. Returning to the Test arena at 38 years old, he took an impressive 20 wickets over just two Tests, which were held in Multan and Rawalpindi. His average was an impressive 13.85, highlighting his accuracy and skill throughout the series.
Some of Noman’s best work came during the second innings of both games, where he unleashed devastating spells that were instrumental in Pakistan’s success.
