The Ministry of Finance and Revenue’s official data, is being connected through email interaction with all the other countries and Financial firms, which was hacked in a Cyber-Attack a few months ago, this was being revealed on Wednesday.
The CEO of social media company, Amir Atta, was being mentioned by GEO News in a report, The culprit claimed himself, that has shared 72GB of Official data with us, from the year 2012 to 2022, through certain official connections.
Atta trying to defend himself and the Data leak, and growing cyper attacks, stated that information was being released after authentication.
A ministry Spokesperson, had initially rejected the records of hacking incident, according to the report.
The ministry released out a statement later on, concerning the hacking incident, and disclosure of the official papers.
According to the report, It further said, that the statement is all regarding hacking incident happened three month ago. After the incident, appropriate countermeasures were being taken including a thorough cyber security assessment.
It also mentioned that this news’ credibility has not been justified yet.
