Former Pakistani ace Cricketer Mohammad Yousuf is expected to become the permanent batting coach of the Pakistan Cricket team. He was made a temporary coach for the Australia series at the request of Saqlain Mushtaq.
This decision is yet to be finalized by PCB. Previously, Matthew Hayden was made Pakistan’s batting consultant for the T20 World cup 2022 but he won’t work as a batting consultant with the Pakistan team after World Cup.
Yousuf is currently with the Pakistan Test team in Sri Lanka, where they secured victory over the hosts in the first match of the two-match Test series at Galle.
