Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a special promotion for passengers traveling from Paris to Pakistan, offering a 25% discount on fares for a limited time. The offer also extends to connecting routes through Air France across Europe and the United Kingdom.
According to the airline, bookings under this promotion will remain open until August 31, 2025, while passengers can avail discounted travel between August 25 and September 28, 2025.
The discount campaign comes at a time when PIA is restructuring its operations on European routes. In a recent development, the airline confirmed that it will discontinue its Lahore-to-Paris service due to insufficient passenger demand. The final two flights on this route are scheduled for September 12 and September 17.
Despite this adjustment, PIA emphasized that the Islamabad-to-Paris route will continue to operate without interruption, ensuring sustained connectivity for travelers.
A PIA spokesperson explained that the airline had launched twice-weekly direct flights from Lahore to Paris in June this year. However, the response was below expectations, leading the airline to reassess the viability of the service. The decision to scale back, the spokesperson added, is part of PIA’s broader strategy to optimize resources while maintaining its presence in key international markets.
With this limited-time discount, PIA aims to provide travelers with added value while reinforcing its commitment to facilitating affordable connections between Pakistan and Europe.
