Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is visiting Riyadh today (October 27) to attend the 9th Future Investment Initiative (FII9), one of the world’s leading investment conferences.
During his visit, he will hold important meetings with the Saudi leadership to explore new opportunities for trade, investment, energy cooperation, and human resource development between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
The Prime Minister is accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and other senior ministers, reflecting the government’s strong commitment to building deeper economic ties with the Kingdom.
The discussions are expected to focus on ways to increase Saudi investment in Pakistan’s key sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, and mining.
This visit is part of Pakistan’s broader efforts to strengthen its economic diplomacy and attract more foreign investment to boost growth and job creation.
By engaging directly with global investors and business leaders at FII9, the Prime Minister aims to highlight Pakistan’s strategic location, young workforce, and vast potential in various industries.
On the sidelines of the event, PM Shehbaz will also meet international leaders and top executives from major global companies to promote Pakistan as a promising destination for business and investment.
He is expected to present Pakistan’s vision for a stable, business-friendly economy and discuss new projects under public-private partnerships.
