According to the official sources, Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan had recently inaugurated the Al-Qadir University of Jhelum.
While addressing in the inaugural ceremony, Imran Khan said that without education, no nation can make any progress. The PM also added that they keenly wanted to set up a university on a similar pattern of the Egypt’s Jamia Al-Azhar.
It was also highlighted that the university is established as for the promotion of the basic of Seerat-un-Nabi (peace be upon him] and also the teachings of the religion..
Moreover, the significance of education was highlight by the PM where he said that they will build Al-Qadir University as a role model for this youth of Pakistan.
Meanwhile, on this occasion he also planted sapling in the university as under the campaign of tree plantation.
