The Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) has announced a cash reward of Rs 8.2 million for Pakistan’s under-16 volleyball team and their coaches to honour their remarkable win at the Asian U16 Volleyball Championship.
As per PSB’s 2024 cash award policy, each of the 12 players will get Rs 600,000, making a total of Rs 7.2 million, while the coaching staff will receive Rs 1 million.
The young Green Shirts made history by beating defending champions Iran in the final with an exciting 3-2 comeback victory. The team remained unbeaten throughout the tournament, showing great skills and teamwork.
