Purpose of Recruitment
This initiative has been taken to ensure that teaching activities in government colleges continue smoothly during the academic session of 2025–26. Since many colleges are facing a shortage of permanent faculty, these teaching interns will help fill the gap until regular staff are appointed.
By starting this recruitment, the Punjab government is also creating valuable opportunities for young graduates and postgraduates who wish to gain teaching experience while supporting the education system of the province.
