Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) has opened applications for nearly 600 new job positions, giving an opportunity to young people from different parts of the country. The force has invited eligible candidates to apply before August 27, 2025.
The recruitment will be carried out through special centers set up in Lahore, Mandi Bahauddin, Rahim Yar Khan, and Bahawalpur. Applicants are encouraged to visit these centers to complete the process.
To ensure fair representation, a provincial quota has been fixed. Punjab holds the highest share of seats, while other regions like Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh (Urban), Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan have also been given specific allocations. This system ensures that people from across Pakistan get equal chances to join.
Apart from regional quotas, the recruitment also focuses on physical fitness and educational qualifications, which remain the basic requirements for all applicants. The criteria are designed to select individuals who can serve with dedication and discipline.
Punjab Rangers plays an important role in border security and internal peacekeeping, and these new recruitments are aimed at strengthening its force further. Officials believe that this hiring drive will not only support the operational needs of Rangers but also provide valuable career opportunities for the youth.
With the deadline approaching, interested candidates are advised to prepare the necessary documents and meet the required standards. This announcement comes as another step in expanding employment opportunities while reinforcing national security.
