Qatar Airways to Resume Flights to Multan

After temporarily suspending flights to Multan International Airport in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Qatar Airways will restart scheduled flights on February 22, 2022, with a three-weekly service, increasing to four weekly on March 27, 2022.

However, the route will be operated by an Airbus A320 with Business and Economy Class seats.

Passengers can now connect to over 140 destinations across the airline’s extensive global network via the best airport in the world, Hamad International Airport. These include famous destinations across the Middle East, Europe, and North America, thanks to the addition of three weekly flights to Multan.

However, with the return of Multan, Qatar’s national carrier has reaffirmed its commitment to Pakistan, significantly enhancing global connectivity.

Following the reopening, the airline will operate 66 weekly flights to and from six Pakistani airports, serving more Pakistani cities than any other full-service international airline.

Qatar Airways flight QR616, which will depart from Hamad International Airport at 20:45 and arrive at Multan International Airport at 02:00 the next day, will depart from Hamad International Airport at 20:45.

Moreover, Qatar Airways flight QR617 will depart Multan International Airport at 03:25 and arrive at 05:15 at Hamad International Airport. The new service will provide Pakistani communities in the Middle East, Europe, and North America with one stop connectivity.
