According to the Quran Publishers Association, Prime Minister Imran Khan eliminated duties on the imported paper for printing the Holy Quran in his budget for the fiscal year 2021-22.
The Quran Publishers Association congratulated Prime Minister Imran Khan and his cabinet on making imported quality paper for printing the Holy Quran duty-free in the budget.
At a recent meeting, Malik Qudratullah, President of the Quran Publishers Association, claimed that the current government’s decision would allow people to enjoy high-quality Holy Quran at low prices and bring Pakistan’s goal of becoming a Madina-like state closer.
At a meeting to celebrate the decision, association president Qudratullah, Chairman Syed Ahsan Mahmood, and patron-in-chief Pir Syed Hafeez-ul-Barkat Shah expressed the hope that Prime Minister Imran Khan would also address the remaining issues with the printing and distribution of the Holy Quran.
