After conquering the Yazghil Sar peak in the Karakoram mountain range in winter, a Pakistani student set a world record.
On January 10, Saad Munawar climbed the peak of Hispar Muztagh (a sub-range). Munawar is an MS Information Management student at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) (NUST).
He is studying at the Military College of Signals, a military co-educational college that is a part of NUST.
With a height of 7,324 metres, Yazghil Sar (24,028 ft). It is the world’s 87th highest peak and Pakistan’s 37th.
