Lt. Gen. Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Yahya, Chairman of Saudi Immigration and Passport, recently announced exciting plans to expand the “Road to Makkah” initiative to more cities across Pakistan in the future. This initiative aims to make the pilgrimage to Hajj easier for intending pilgrims.
The official launch of the “Road to Makkah” project occurred at Karachi airport, marking a significant step forward in making the journey to Hajj more convenient.
During a ceremony held on Sunday, Lt. Gen. Al Yahya highlighted the introduction of new technical and artificial intelligence services aimed at improving the overall experience of the Road to Makkah.
He stressed the importance of streamlining the immigration process for Pakistani pilgrims at Karachi airport to ensure a hassle-free journey to Saudi Arabia.
Furthermore, Lt. Gen. Al Yahya outlined the objectives of the Road to Makkah initiative, emphasizing its mission to speed up immigration procedures and offer enhanced services to pilgrims from various countries, including Pakistan.
