Rotary International has opened applications for its Rotary Peace Fellowships for the 2027–28 cycle. The program offers fully funded opportunities for individuals committed to peacebuilding and conflict resolution.
Each year, up to 170 fellows are selected to study at leading universities under the Rotary Peace Centers network. The fellowship covers full tuition, living expenses, travel, and fieldwork costs. Since 2002, more than 1,800 fellows from over 140 countries have completed the program and have gone on to work with global institutions such as the United Nations and the World Bank.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must show strong leadership, academic ability, and commitment to peacebuilding. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with English proficiency. The program has two tracks: the master’s program for applicants with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and the certificate program for those with at least 5 years of professional experience.
Application Process
Applications are submitted online through Rotary’s official portal and include a CV, essays, transcripts, recommendation letters, and proof of eligibility. Candidates must also receive endorsement from a local Rotary district before final global selection.
