Samsung, one of the world’s major TV makers, has opened its first TV line-up facility in Pakistan, according to Abdul Razak Dawood, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Commerce and Investment. The Prime Minister’s aide commended South Koran on their joint venture with R & R Industries.
At first, the unit will create 50,000 TV sets, but within two years, the capacity will be increased to 100,000, the premier added.
Good news for Pakistan.. rest of the companies like LG, Sharp, Panasonic, Philips, Toshiba and others should setup their plant in Pakistan.
