The platform provides both bundled and standalone packages, giving users the flexibility to customize their journey according to their preferences.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah emphasized that the aim of the Nusuk Umrah service is to enhance the quality of services and improve the overall experience of pilgrims visiting the Kingdom. In cases where users face difficulties navigating the digital application, the platform also provides details of approved travel agents who can assist with the process.
Officials further highlighted that the launch of this service is part of Saudi Arabia’s broader Vision 2030 goals, which focus on welcoming greater numbers of pilgrims and raising the standards of Hajj and Umrah services.
