Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Aitzaz Ahsan and senior lawyer Latif Khosa called on Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial on Monday.
In a meeting with Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Latif Khosa said that it is hoped that our cases will be fixed for hearing soon. We have also filed an application for early hearing of the case.
It is to be noted that it was reported yesterday that the Pakistan People’s Party had terminated latif Khosa’s party membership. The order to terminate the party membership was issued by PPP Punjab President Rana Farooq Saeed.
Earlier, a meeting was also held between Latif Khosa and chairman PTI. During the meeting, it was agreed to intensify the peaceful struggle for the protection of democracy and basic human rights available under the Constitution.
