Available Positions and Eligibility Requirements

1. Coordinator (Finance & Planning):
This position requires a Master’s degree in finance-related fields such as CA, ACCA, or ACMA. Applicants should have at least five years of experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and internal controls. They should also have a proven record of handling complex financial data and generating detailed financial reports.

2. Coordinator (Social Sector):
Candidates for this role must have a Master’s degree in Sociology, Development Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. A Project Management certification is preferred, along with relevant managerial skills within the social sector.

3. IT Assistant:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Those with a diploma in IT and at least two years of experience in IT support are also eligible. Candidates must have experience in technical assistance, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support.

4. Network Engineer:
A Bachelor’s degree in fields like Computer Science or Information Technology is required, along with certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE). Applicants should have five years of experience in networking, including configuring and monitoring network hardware.

5. Research Officer:
For this role, candidates need a Master’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 in fields such as Economics or Statistics. The position demands a background in quantitative research methods, data analysis, and statistical tools, with three years of relevant experience.

6. Research Analyst:
A Master’s degree in fields like Economics, Data Science, or Statistics with a GPA of 3.0 is essential. Candidates must have at least five years of experience conducting social assessments and managing development projects.

7. Web Developer:
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with at least three years of experience in web development. Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as experience in responsive website development, is essential.

Skills and Age Limitations

Each role has specific skill requirements, such as advanced analytical skills, proficiency in IT tools, strong communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise. The age limit varies by position, ranging from 35 to 45 years.

Important Guidelines for Applicants

  1. The positions are on a fixed-term, contract basis and can be terminated with a month’s notice.
  2. Applications must be submitted by November 19, 2024, to the Secretary (I&C) at the Services, General Administration, and Coordination Department, Sindh Secretariat, Karachi.
