Shaheen Shah Afridi, a fast bowler from Pakistan, spent his Eid-ul-Fitr 2023 in the region affected by a landslide in Torkham. Unfortunately, eight people lost their lives and several others were injured in the incident.
Afridi appreciated the tireless efforts of the security agencies and rescue teams who were working diligently to clear the area. The removal of debris has been ongoing for the past five days, and Afridi applauded the rescue teams for their hard work.
