Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah and Supreme Council member has approved 2,005 scholarships at 4 universities of Sharjah which include:
- The University of Sharjah (UoS).
- The American University of Sharjah (AUS).
- The University of Khorfakkan (UoKH).
- The University of Kalba (UoK).
1,600 scholarships have been approved for undergraduate students in the University of Sharjah (UoS) and the American University of Sharjah (AUS) for the academic year 2023/24. While 305 scholarships are declared for students at the University of Khorfakkan.
In addition, 70 students from the city of Kalba will be granted the funding and transferred to the University of Kalba (UoK) according to the study requirements. Moreover, 100 awards are announced for students already in the UoK.
Various programs in all four universities are included in the scholarship programme. The institutions are open to applications currently.
