A pedestal fan can be found in almost every home. All you need now are two old empty plastic bottles in which you can heat any rod and make small holes.
Cut the bottom of the bottle but do not cut all the way through, then put a cap on it and tightly seal it.
Thread a string through the bottles’ holes and tie it to the fan. Put two large pieces of ice in each bottle and turn on the fan.
Because of the snow, your pedestal fan will blow AC-like air; however, do not touch the fan during this time as there is a risk of electric shock.
Keep children away from the fan, and if the direction of the fan needs to be changed, turn it off and unplug it.
