Sindh to Launch Air Safari Service from Karachi to Mohenjo-Daro

The Sindh government has announced the launch of a new air safari service from Karachi to Mohenjo-daro. This exciting project is a partnership between the Sindh Tourism Development Corporation (STDC) and private aviation company Sky Wings. The main aim is to promote cultural tourism and show the rich historical and natural beauty of Sindh from the sky.

Passengers will enjoy stunning aerial views during the flight. The journey offers sights of Karachi’s beautiful coastal belt, vast mangrove forests, green landscapes, and the scenic countryside of Sindh.

The flight ends at Mohenjo-daro, a famous UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s oldest civilizations. This 5,000-year-old site belongs to the ancient Indus Valley Civilization.

An agreement has been signed between STDC Managing Director Fayaz Ali Shah and the CEO of the private firm, Imran Aslam, to operate the service smoothly. Officials say the air safari will attract both local and foreign tourists who want a unique experience of Sindh’s heritage.

Mohenjo-daro is known for its well-planned streets, advanced drainage system, and ancient artifacts. Many visitors combine the aerial tour with a ground visit to the ruins for a complete experience.

The new service is expected to make travel to the heritage site faster and more memorable. It will also highlight Sindh’s natural beauty from the Arabian Sea coast to inland areas.

The Sindh government hopes the air safari becomes popular among history lovers, adventure seekers, and families. More details about ticket prices, schedule, and booking will be announced soon.
