Sony was bearing loss since 2017, as per the reports. However, after many years now the company has gained profit for the first time in almost four years.
According to the recent report for the fiscal year of 2020, Sony has managed to make a profit with good profit margin where they company has earned 27.7 billion yen that is approximately equals to 254.96 million dollars for the first time in these four years.
However, the profit that the company gained was not expected by Sony itself as this situation had surprised Sony. The company is highly satisfied with the results because these are far beyond their expectations.
The question of how the company managed to gain profit from reducing supply was asked; meanwhile the answer of it has been revealed as by reducing the associated costs as well as increase the average selling price of the devices.
